- Introduction
Welcome to Refresh Property Care. By engaging with our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Data Protection Agreement, outline the legal framework governing the services we provide.
Refresh Property Care operates in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Equality Act 2010 to ensure fair treatment, privacy, and transparency for all clients.

Refresh Property Care provides a range of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Office Cleans
- Apartment Block Cleans
- Commercial Cleans
- Declutter Cleaning
- Airbnb Cleaning
- Void Property Cleaning
- House Cleaning
- Pre-Sale Property Cleaning
- End of Tenancy Cleaning
The exact scope of services will be defined in the client quotation or service agreement provided prior to the start of work.
- Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via email, phone, or our online booking system.
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute changes or no-shows.
- Pricing and Payment
- All quoted prices are inclusive of labour, cleaning materials, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- For ongoing contracts, invoices are issued monthly and payable within 7 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur a 5% administrative fee per week of delay.
- Health & Safety
Refresh Property Care adheres to all UK Health and Safety Regulations to ensure safe and ethical working conditions.
Clients must disclose any potential risks on the premises (e.g., electrical faults, hazardous materials, restricted areas).
Our team members are trained to handle professional cleaning materials safely and responsibly.

We provide equal treatment to all clients and staff regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, or background.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated within our operations or client interactions.
- Data Protection & Confidentiality
In compliance with UK GDPR (2018):
- Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.
- Data is stored securely and deleted when no longer required.
- We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information without consent, except as required by law.
- Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

- Liability
- Refresh Property Care will exercise all due care when performing cleaning tasks.
- We are fully insured; however, liability for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unreported defects is excluded.
- In the event of any accidental damage caused by our staff, clients must report it within 24 hours for claim assessment.
- Cancellations and Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
- Refresh Property Care reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Payment is overdue;
- Repeated cancellations occur; or
- Unsafe or discriminatory behaviour is directed toward staff.
- Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Client satisfaction is our top priority.
- Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service delivery.
- We will investigate and, where applicable, provide a re-clean or suitable resolution.
- Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled under UK consumer protection laws.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
